Red Light Therapy in Redmond: Full-Body Healing for Pain & Recovery
Non-invasive red and near-infrared light therapy, used alongside MedX strengthening and manual therapy as part of your plan.
Ideal for clients committed to long-term recovery.
The Science Behind Red Light Therapy
Originally developed by NASA for wound healing in space, photobiomodulation (PBM) uses specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to penetrate skin and reach cells deep in tissue. The light energy is absorbed by mitochondria, the powerhouses of your cells, stimulating ATP production, reducing oxidative stress, and triggering your body's natural repair mechanisms.
Used For
- Reduces chronic back and neck pain and muscle soreness
- Stimulates mitochondria and boosts ATP production for cellular repair
- Promotes collagen production for tissue regeneration
- Improves skin health, energy levels, and sleep quality
- Ideal for athletes: Faster muscle recovery, less fatigue
- Reduces oxidative stress and systemic inflammation
- Safe for all ages, non-invasive, drug-free, and painless

How a Session Works
Lie Down & Relax
You'll lie comfortably on our full-body LED therapy bed in a calm, private room.
Light Penetrates Tissue
Red and near-infrared light (660 to 850nm) penetrates skin to reach cells, muscles, and joints.
Cells Energize
Light stimulates mitochondria, boosting ATP production, your cells' natural energy source for repair.
Recovery Support
Sessions continue as part of your plan, alongside strengthening and manual work.
Ideal For
Combine with MedX strengthening for enhanced recovery and lasting results.
What the research shows
Most published research on light therapy for pain studies low level laser rather than full-body LED panels, and research on LED panels specifically is still limited. We use red light as a supporting therapy alongside strengthening and manual work, not as a stand-alone treatment.
A Lancet meta-analysis of 16 randomized trials found low level laser reduced pain in neck pain, with relief in chronic neck pain lasting up to 22 weeks after treatment. (Chow et al., 2009)
These are published study results, not a promise of results for any one person. Your plan is built after the first conversation.
