The first step is one conversation.
Twenty minutes, $75. In person in Redmond, or by video anywhere in Washington.
What it is
Twenty minutes to look at the problem at a high level and say whether there is something here we can work with. You tell us what is going on, how long it has been going on, and what you have already tried. We tell you honestly whether this is the right place.
It is $75, and it is the same $75 whether you sit in the room or join by video. Video appointments are for clients in Washington State.
What it is not
Nothing is measured and nothing is loaded. This is not the assessment, and it is not twenty minutes of being sold something. If the honest answer is that you should be somewhere else, that is the answer you will get.
What happens next
If there is something to work with, the measuring happens at the next visit. There are two ways in, and we will tell you which one fits.
A full history and exam to map the problem and set a plan.
Both baselines in one visit. The screening measures how you stand, the test measures what your spine can hold. Booked separately they are $275 and $125.
Either one can also be booked on its own. The full price list is on the rate card.
The daytime rate
Twenty percent off single visits, Monday to Thursday, 10:00 to 3:00. If you are 65 or older, or you have served, or you work in fire, police, EMS or dispatch, the rate is yours.
There is nothing to join and nothing to pay for. No card to buy and no sign-up. Show us something once, a licence or any photo ID for the senior rate, a military or VA card, a DD-214, or a department ID, and we note it on your chart and never ask again.
At the daytime rate the First Conversation is $60.
How paying works
We do not bill insurance. There is no authorisation to wait for, no visit cap deciding when the work stops, and you do not need a referral to book. One price, the same for everyone, on the day you book it. We accept HSA and FSA cards, credit and debit.
Ready when you are.
Twenty minutes, $75, and an honest answer.
