    1.

    The first visit.

The first visit is a twenty minute conversation to establish whether this is the right place. If it is, the measuring happens at the next visit, either a full history and exam or a postural screening with a MedX test.

    2.

    No commitment by being assessed.

Patients are not obligated to continue beyond the initial consultation. If we're not the right fit for what they need, we'll tell them honestly and refer onward where appropriate.

    3.

    How sessions are scheduled.

Frequency depends on the clinical picture — typically once per week to start, sometimes twice weekly during active rehabilitation phases. Sessions are scheduled flexibly around your patient's life.

    4.

    What ongoing care looks like.

Most patients move into a structured treatment arc combining MedX strengthening, manual therapy, and home protocols. The work requires consistency to produce structural change — typically 12 to 16 sessions over 8 to 12 weeks.

    5.

    Communication back to you.

You receive written progress reports at intake, session six, and session twelve. With patient consent, we share findings, plan, and outcomes.

    6.

    Cost transparency.

Patients know what they will pay before they schedule. We are a cash-pay practice — no insurance billing, no prior authorization required. Pricing is shown beside this list.

What Happens for You and Your Staff

The clinical communication that makes referral relationships work.

    Clinical Communication

Written progress reports at intake, session six, and session twelve. Sent by email to your designated address. Fax available on request.

    Your Patient Stays Your Patient

We do not recruit referred patients away from you. We treat the structural and somatic dimensions specific to our clinical scope, communicate with you throughout, and send your patient back to you.

    Pre-Referral Consultation

If you have a complex case and want to discuss whether referral makes sense before you send your patient our way — call us. We're happy to consult on a presentation before any commitment is made.

    Refer a Patient

Two minutes. We'll contact your patient within one business day and send you a written report at intake, session six, and session twelve.

    After You Refer

How quickly will my patient be contacted?

Within one business day of your referral submission — usually the same day.

Will I receive a clinical note?

Yes. Written reports come at intake, session six, and session twelve, sent to the email address you provide on the referral form. We'll also call you with a brief preliminary update if anything time-sensitive comes up during the assessment.

What if my patient isn't a fit for your work?

We'll tell you and them honestly. If we know of a more appropriate resource, we'll suggest it. Your patient is not obligated to continue with us beyond the initial consultation.

Can I call to discuss a complex case before referring?

Yes — encouraged. Call 425-758-4619 and ask to speak with Trent about a referral. We're glad to think through complex presentations with you before you send your patient our way.

    Do you accept insurance?

We are a cash-pay practice. We do not bill insurance and do not require prior authorization.

What is the typical treatment arc?

For most chronic spinal and somatic presentations, 12 to 16 sessions over 8 to 12 weeks. This is the structural and somatic timeline required to produce durable change. We discuss the arc transparently at the first visit.

    Have a Patient in Mind?

Send the referral or call us to discuss the case. We respond within one business day.
