    We Have a New Home

Fix Back & Neck Pain has moved. Our new clinical location is at 2247 152nd Ave NE, Redmond WA 98052 — a space that is larger, better equipped, and more purposefully designed than anything we have operated from before.

For clients who have been with us through the previous location, thank you for your patience during the transition. For new clients finding us for the first time — welcome. This is the right moment to begin.

Moves like this don't happen without reason. This one reflects where this practice is going — and the commitment to building something in Redmond that the region genuinely doesn't have yet.

Why This Space and Why Now

The previous location served us well for what it was. But clinical practice grows, and growth eventually requires space that matches the vision rather than constraining it.

The new space at 2447 152nd Ave NE gives us room to operate our full suite of modalities — MedX spinal strengthening, manual therapy, Piezowave shockwave therapy, hydrogen gas, and full-body LED red light therapy — with the clinical flow and client comfort that intensive rehabilitation requires. It also gives us the capacity to expand services, add equipment, and serve more clients without compromising the one-on-one attention that defines how we work.

Location matters too. Redmond is home to a community of highly active, health-conscious people — athletes, professionals, families — who understand the value of investing in their physical health rather than waiting for pain to force the decision. This is exactly the community this practice was built to serve.

    What Has Not Changed

The address is new. Everything that defines the practice is not.

Every client still receives one-on-one care with Trent — no hand-offs to assistants, no abbreviated sessions, no volume-based compromises. The assessment-first approach that has produced our outcomes for over 35 years remains the foundation of everything we do. The commitment to honest clinical communication — telling clients what we genuinely believe is driving their pain and whether we think we can help — is unchanged.

The relationships with referring physicians, physical therapists, orthopedic surgeons, and neurologists who trust us with their patients continue and deepen. The dedication to evidence-informed practice — using modalities that are supported by research and appropriate for each client's specific presentation — remains absolute.

    Recovery isn't a mystery.

It's a process. Let's start yours with a thorough assessment and an honest conversation about what's possible.

    What the New Space Enables

The new location creates capacity for several developments that the previous space didn't allow:

Expanded membership access. Our clinical members now have a proper facility — space designed for the kind of ongoing access, independent use of equipment, and community that membership is meant to provide. The new space can accommodate the membership growth we are building toward without compromising the clinical environment.

Group sessions and educational events. The new space has room for small group educational sessions — workshops on spinal health, golf performance, athletic injury prevention, and the emerging science of manual therapy and photobiomodulation. These are coming. Watch this space.

Enhanced modality integration. Better clinical flow means that the integration of modalities — combining red light therapy with manual therapy and MedX strengthening in a single session — happens more smoothly and efficiently for clients.

Physician and provider partnerships. The new space is more appropriate for the clinical partnerships we are building with referring physicians and allied health providers in the Redmond and Eastside community. We now have a facility that reflects the level of care we provide.

    The Next Twelve Months

The move to 2447 152nd Ave NE is not an endpoint — it is a platform. Over the next twelve months, here is what we are building:

A stronger membership community — both in-person clinical members who use the facility regularly and online members anywhere in the country who want access to clinical protocols and Trent's expertise remotely. The membership infrastructure we have built supports both, and both will grow.

A more robust educational presence — through the blog, through workshops at the new location, and through the growing connection between this clinical practice and the Viveka.Life platform that addresses the whole-person dimensions of pain and healing.

Deeper physician referral relationships — with orthopedic practices, neurology groups, primary care physicians, and physical therapy clinics across the Eastside who want a trusted partner for their patients who need what we uniquely provide.

And the continued development of the facility vision — a space that eventually offers the full integrated rehabilitation experience we are building toward. The new location is the next chapter in that story.
