It is a straightforward account of what we are building, why we are building it, and what it means for clients who are committed to getting better, genuinely committed rather than just hoping, and for the providers who trust us with their most difficult cases.
A Practice in Motion
The move to 2447 152nd Ave NE was the first visible step. New space. More room for equipment. A facility built for the kind of work we do rather than adapted from a space that was never designed for it.
But the move was not the story. It was the precondition for everything else.
Clinical Expansion
More space allows us to see more clients without compromising the one-on-one structure that defines this practice. No assistants handling what should be handled by the clinician. No abbreviated sessions. No volume-based compromises on care quality.
What expands is capacity — not the model.
The expansion also opens the door to clients who have been waiting. Our intake is assessment-first: before any program is built, we measure. Objective data, not a clinical impression. The ability to work with more clients means that methodology can reach more people who need it, including the post-surgical cases, the chronic presentations, and the clients who have worked through several rounds of conventional care without resolution.
This is where the work is most needed. Clients who have made progress but reached a ceiling with their current provider often have a specific structural deficit that has not been directly addressed: the deep extensor musculature of the lumbar and cervical spine. In our clinical experience, combining modalities within a single session MedX strengthening with red light therapy, spinal traction integrated with manual therapy, Piezowave shockwave combined with progressive loading) serves clients more fully than any single treatment used in isolation. Expanding capacity means more of those clients can be served well.
A Growing Referral Network
Physician referrals are a significant part of how clients find us. This year, we are formalizing and expanding those relationships.
We work as a clinical partner to referring providers, not a competitor. When a physician, chiropractor, or integrative practitioner sends a patient to us, that patient stays their patient. We treat the structural and somatic scope within our specialty, communicate back at clinical milestones, and return the patient to the referring provider for ongoing primary care.
That network is growing, not established — and we are saying that plainly because we think the honesty matters. We are building the referral infrastructure this year: provider materials, clearer clinical communication protocols, and a defined pathway for the cases that conventional physical therapy has not resolved.
If you are a provider reading this, the referral page at fixbackneckpain.com has what you need to start.
Recovery isn't a mystery.
It's a process. Let's start yours with a thorough assessment and an honest conversation about what's possible.

Membership Growth
Clinical Membership launched earlier this year as a structure for clients choosing ongoing care. The membership provides discounted rates on testing and treatment sessions throughout the cycle of care, access to equipment between scheduled sessions, and priority scheduling.
Current members are on the Legacy Clinical rate at $55 per month, locked in permanently, a recognition of the loyalty that built this program. The active membership rate for new members is $75 per month. An online membership is available at $47 per month for clients outside the Redmond area who are working with us remotely. A Founding Facility tier exists at $197 per month for people who want a deeper level of integration with the practice.
What we are building this year is not a membership drive. It is a membership community: a cohort of people who take the long view on their structural health and want a practice that does the same.
Educational Expansion
The second pillar of what we are building in 2026 is educational. The content we are publishing, through this blog, through the Viveka.Life platform, and through the clinical guides and toolkits we make available to clients and providers, is a deliberate effort to close a gap.
Most people with chronic spinal pain do not have a working model of why their pain persists. They have been told their disc is degenerating, or that their posture is bad, or that they need to strengthen their core. Some of that is partially true. Most of it is incomplete. What they do not have is a clear picture of the structural and neuromuscular mechanisms that keep unresolved pain in place.
That is what the content is designed to provide: an expanding library of clinical resources covering the conditions, the mechanisms, the treatments, and the evidence behind them.
This year's publishing plan covers herniated discs, spinal stenosis, degenerative disc disease, sciatica, cervical rehabilitation, youth athlete spine health, and red light therapy. The archive is growing. The intent is to build a resource that earns trust before a client ever picks up the phone.
Viveka.Life, Trent's cross-discipline platform for somatic healing and nervous-system education, is available as a complement for clients whose work extends into the psychological and autonomic dimensions of chronic pain. It is a separate resource, not bundled with clinical care, but referenced where relevant.
How to Be Part of It
If you are a current client, your care continues. The expansion does not change your schedule, your program, or the structure of how we work together.
If you are someone considering care for the first time, the process starts with a conversation. You can reach us at 425-758-4619 or through the contact form at fixbackneckpain.com. That first conversation is honest. We will tell you what we think is driving your pain, whether we think we can help, and if we cannot, where we think you should look.
If you are interested in membership, whether clinical, online, or founding, the membership page has full details on what is included at each tier and the pricing.
If you are a provider interested in the referral pathway, the provider page is the place to start. The clinical toolkits are available on request.
The best time to address this was earlier.
The second best time is now. Don't wait for the pain to get worse before taking action.

The Facility Vision
What we are building is not just a larger practice. It is a more complete one.
The long-term vision is a facility that integrates the full spectrum of non-surgical spine strengthening and rehabilitation under one roof: MedX spinal strengthening, manual and muscular therapy, spinal decompression, shockwave therapy, red light therapy, and hydrogen gas. Each modality addressing a different layer of what chronic pain involves. Each one grounded in evidence. Each one integrated with the others through an assessment-first protocol that is built around the individual, not the diagnosis.
The infrastructure is being built now: the clinical systems, the membership community, the referral network, the educational archive. The physical space at 2447 152nd Ave NE in Redmond is the foundation.
We are glad you are here for it.
Trent Shuford, LMT, Cert. MedX Tech.
